Current sizing notes:  Shop owners tell me that, because this pattern was first printed in 1986, the shirt is actually smaller than little boys are today.  They often recommend using the next larger shirt size for the pants size you are using. For example, if you are using a size 3 pants pattern, consider choosing a size 4 shirt.
