"Little Riley' is a sundress/jumper to have fun sewing, using all kinds of pretty fabrics and trims.  The shoulder straps are secured on the front by trendy knots.  It features a wide band on the skirt with ribbon or rickrack top-sttiched on the skirt seam.  It's a great summer sundress to transition into a jumper in the fall.  As usual,  the easy-to-sew, detailed instructions include numerous photographs and illustrations.  The sundress/jumper back features a three-button closing with skirt placket, making it easy to slipover the child's head.
